Horde Install - Can't log in to fresh horde instal

I did a fresh horde install and can't log into horde administrator to further configure the application. What would the user name/password be or how can I add one. Horde 3.1.4 installed from scripts 9/27/07

The username and password is almost always the same as the login for the virtual server. A very few scripts only let you have a specific "admin" or "administrator" or "Administrator" account. But I'm pretty sure Horde is not among those special cases (I can't test at the moment, as I need to install a couple of libraries...will ping this issue again when I get it spinning).
