ProFTPD FTP Server Failure

Hi Everyone, I had everything working fine until i added my Let's Encrypt ssl certificate to my ProFTPD FTP Server. Now it won't start anymore and i get the following error below.

Job for proftpd.service failed because a configured resource limit was exceeded. See "systemctl status proftpd.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

unable to load 'mod_tls.c'; check to see if '/usr/libexec/proftpd/mod_tls.la' exists

address/port (192.168.1.201:21) already in use by "ProFTPD server"
