Ubuntu 16.04 with Virtualmin.
I have installed jailkit with 'apt install jailkit'.
I have set 'Chroot jail new domain Unix users?' to YES in Server Templates.
I created a new domain 'test123.com'
Everything seems to work, however when I log in via SSH I'm getting a 'bash: groups: command not found' message:
$ ssh test123.com@myserver
test123.com@myserver's password:
No mail.
Last login: Sat Jan 26 11:49:02 2019 from 188.221.48.244
bash: groups: command not found
test123.com@myserver:~$
How can I fix this please?
I have the exact same issue, also cannot get critical commands like php to function inside jail. In my case it seems to use the default custom shells as the jailkit manager is still under the unused modules tab, but more than i have not been able to figure out yet.
If you find the solution keep me posted!
probably has to do with this: https://www.virtualmin.com/node/59049
