bw.pl and collectinfo.pl

Hi,

As you may saw already some times bw.pl and collectinfo.pl came up together and eat the whole CPU. This makes the server slow. Do we have any chance to make their priority down ( with nice up to 19 ) to make them low priority tasks to won't slow down the http request and mysql queries too much ?
