These forums are locked and archived, but all topics have been migrated to the new forum. You can search for this topic on the new forum: Search for virtual-server::parse_ failed : Undefined subrout on the new forum.
When i want to "save and next" in virtualminminpro > System config. > modul configuration > server administrator permissions i get the error virtual-server::parse_ failed : Undefined subroutine &virtual_server::parse_ called at (eval 31) line 2.
the next point (defaults for new domains) and the point before works. Its not a real problem for me because the options which are set are ok but its a bug :) regards
Hi Martin,
works for me!?
What options did you set there?
I have it set up like this:
-----------------------------
Can edit alias include and reply files? YES
Can select home directories for users? NO
Can create FTP users? YES
Can set mailbox quotas? YES
Allowed alias types ALL
Update all Webmin users after configuration changes? YES
Always re-update Webmin module ACLs? YES
Extra Webmin modules for server administrators EMPTY
Webmin theme for server administrators GLOBAL WEBMIN DEFAULT
Categorize Webmin modules on main menu? NO
Add all server administrations to Unix group NONE
Just check if you set it this way if it does work, then trace back what exactly causes this error.
Tony
OK i think i know what was wrong.
parse_ failed only apears after changing the language to german.
When i switched back to english it worked again without any errors.
hmm i have the same options set as tony

That'd be a bug in the German language files. Probably an extraneous linefeed or field separator. I'll file a bug.

Hey Martin,
Make sure you're running the latest version of the Virtualmin module, the Virtualmin Theme, and Webmin. If so, then it's a bug and ought to be filed in the tracker so Jamie can get it knocked out.
