Allow for PHP based template pages

It would be nice if template development and editing could allow for PHP scripting. Main things that would have to be done would to allow for editing of .php extention pages and option to edit document in text mode.

CMS systems are great, and templates are great - but having a little scripting capability on the templates would make them very powerful and useful.
