Group Creation Failure

Now i see there are plenty of posts that resemble this failure.

Creating home directory .. .. done Creating administration group mysticpalace .. Failed to create administration group!

I need to have nscd running, i looked into the group file and noticed it creates the group fine, it assigned the user id fine, but it doesn't want to assign the name to the uid. I think that is where it fails.

Any ideas?

I added the stop and start commands in the users and groups section in the webmin side and i was able to get by it.
