New Virtualmin virtual-server module version 3.42-2

Hi all, <p> The new php4/php5 code had a bit of a glitch that leads to zeroing out the fcgi wrappers in /home/domain/fcgi-bin under some circumstances. This is, obviously, a pretty annoying problem. So, there's version 3.42-2 to fix it. Hooray! <p> If you've updated to 3.42, you'll want to jump on up to 3.42-2, even if you haven't run into this problem yet. The update should also correct any previously zeroed out files, so you shouldn't need to do anything extra, even if you did run into the problem. <p> As always, holler at us in the bug tracker if anything goes wrong.
