Webmin/Usermin Theme issue

I just installed Webmin/Usermin and I used to get the same theme look when you see latest screen shots but for some reason (on the new vps) its now ALL white and was wondering what the trick to fixing it would be. Weird thing is, when I change from one theme to another, for a split second I can see the blue in the menu show then it goes white.
