PHP-FPM chroot env - error timezone

Dear JC and JC,

HP message: PHP Fatal error: DateTime::__construct(): Timezone database is corrupt - this should never happen! in /home/wpdistro.cz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/AKD-Framework/frameworks/ReduxCore/inc/extensions/tlm/extension_tlm.php on line 252\

This happens when I got php-fpm enabled combined with chroot env.
