Lack of writing down which versions and OS are used, that part should be not so difficult.
But proposal for Forum admin, please make a kind of support template short list / FORM what is needed for proper and therefore quicker straight on support.
Also a link to howto post here which and how to find and read LOG FILES, mostly error logs.
Makes life for everyone including those who having same kind of problem searching, can find quicker solutions and so on much more easy...
Grouping by OS and versions, and a solved by which update list will also shorten the support time needed.
Don't know if kind of Form are possible, "then grouping by ......y" is even more handy / easier when looking for open and solved...
