Uninstall Virtualmin

I made a mistake and installed Virtualmin on my host instead of a VM. The install.sh --uninstall procedure mentioned on the website says that this is destructive. Is there a safe way of disabling the Virtualmin features or removing the Virtualmin from the host? The host does have Cloudmin running. So it's important not to lose any VMs that are already setup and running.
