I installed virtualmin just as a client for e-mail, firewall and log management as a GUI interface to my VPS. I only have one primary domain I'll be using. When I created a virtual server with this domain, I notice virtualmin takes over the apache default directories. Since I have Django externally installed and run via Apache as a webserver for this root domain, virtualmin is interfering with this.
I realize I can change the home directory for the one and only virtual server I'll be using, but I'd still prefer apache to be the frontend as the web server redirector. Is there any way to keep the e-mail accounts and custom scripts such as PhpMyAdmin, whilst relinquishing virtualmin's ability to handle the apache redirects?
