IP managment behind nat

Hi all, I have a virtualmin 1.872 server on debian 8. I move the server to a new location so the public ip has changed. The server has single nic with a private ip (192.168.38). The firewall is doing nat toward that address.

Now I get this warning message when I got system info:

Your system's primary IP address appears to have changed from 192.168.6.38 to 1.2.3.4. Virtual servers using the old address may be unreachable or serve the wrong web content.

What's going to happen if I press "update the incorrect ip addresses" button ?

Checking my virtual servers current ip in "Server configuration / Change ip address" I see: "Current ip address" 192.168.6.38.

I think it's probably wrong to change the ip address as suggested by the warning.

What do you think?
