I've rolled out version 1.7 of the Virtualmin Support module. This is minor release that updates it to work with the current website (it's been unable to file tickets since we moved to the Drupal 7 version of the issue tracker, because the submission endpoint needed to be rewritten for the new entity-based issue tracker). I've finished the backend tonight, I think, so it should be working again for filing tickets.
This release is only in the Virtualmin Pro repositories (support via the issue tracker is only available for Pro users, so that shouldn't be surprising). I'll add it to the Cloudmin Pro repos once I finish updating it to handle different products in a day or two.
