LEMP on CentOS7 Issue

I am noticing a repeated and very bad pattern that LEMP installs on CentOS 7 seem to store all Virtual Server configurations in the nginx.conf file.

Why is this and is it something I can change? Nginx configs should be stored a separate file per virtual server.
