installation done but could not mounted with quota enabled

Hi, i need help on this. I installed Virtualmin on VPS CentOS 7. Installation done with all green but only this line below appear.

"The filesystem / could not be remounted with quotas enabled. You may need to reboot your system, and/or enable quotas in the Disk Quotas module. "

May i know how to enable the quotas? i can't access through browser...
