Spamassassin

Any Ideas how I get Pyzor, Razor or DCC to work with Spamassassin version 3.1.7 (Etch)? Or are those tools not recommended or outdated?

I have activated the Plugins in etc/spamassassin/v310.pre and set de directories in local.cf

The threshold settings also don't work. Feb 15 15:52:07 alpha spamd[1723]: config: failed to parse line, skipping: auto_learn_threshold_spam 5.5 Feb 15 15:52:07 alpha spamd[1723]: config: failed to parse line, skipping: auto_learn_threshold_nonspam 1.9

I never get any spam mail declared as 'autolearn=spam' even if i send the the GTUBE test message which generates a score acout 1000

GTUBE Code-------------_------------------------------------------- If your spam filter supports it, the GTUBE provides a test by which you can verify that the filter is installed correctly and is detecting incoming spam. You can send yourself a test mail containing the following string of characters (in upper case and with no white spaces and line breaks):

XJSC4JDBQADN1.NSBN32IDNENGTUBE-STANDARD-ANTI-UBE-TEST-EMAILC.34X

You should send this test mail from an account outside of your network

I use Virtualmin Pro with the standard installscript-setup. Any ideas on that? best regards Martin

Hi,
there went something wront with my post. I wanted to ask something else. But I used a topic that already was used. So this forum software deleted my post and used the old one with the same topic name :(

It didn't delete it...it's just only accessible via the long URL. It's stupid, I know. I hope the new version of the forum software that I'm going to deploy soon will fix this (and many other problems).

It is a good argument for using descriptive subjects, though, eh? "Spamassassin" is a terrible title for a post. ;-)
