php compiled from source not detected in virtualmin.

I compiled my own version of php from source. Not with yum. But when checking the System Settings -> Re-Check Config the new php was not detected.

So how can you use php compiled from source with Virtualmin?

Maybe a better question would be what directories does virtualmin check to find php versions?
