Well,
with a fresh install of Virtualmin, installation of Samba and using letsencrypt cert under Debian 9.3, i had a lockup of webmin. After restart it keeps saying:

with the command
service webmin start
with
/etc/init.d/webmin start
i will get no error, but it won't run either.
Any help truly appreciated, latest virtualmin (installed Thursday last week with wget from virtualmin.com)
Thanks and best j_m PS: i checked around in this website and with google, but none of the idea's really seemed to work. Found that one: https://www.virtualmin.com/node/53188 which is on CentOS, but don't gives me any idea, how to be able to start virtualmin at all.

I have the same issue, though I'm on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS https://www.virtualmin.com/node/54960 - Not found a solution yet.
[edit] Found a solution, detailed in the linked post. It's to o with a deleted account that used to have a LetsEncrypt SSL Cert. Your issue may or may not be the same.
