Bugs: Wrong disk Space. Root password change lockout. Right click context/popup menu display issue in File Manager

Virtualmin is a good web hosting control panel but it still requires a lot of improvements and bug fixes. During my use I have found some bugs in it which should be fixed in later releases. Please check the details below:

1- Wrong disc space in System Information:

I am using dedicated server with 2 TB disk space. Till now I have consumed only 1.1 GB but virtualmin is saying that I have used 96.25 GB. Take a look at screenshots below:

2- Root password change led to lockout:

I tried to change password for root user from virtualmin along with username. I chose option "Set to". The password was successfully changed along with username. After signing out and trying to login again, neither the new username and password were accepted nor the older one. I had to reinstall OS along with control panel that caused me losing all the files hosted on server. Please either disable changing root password and username or fix this issue.

3- Right click contextual menu display Issue in File Manager:

I have observed that when you right click on any file or folder, the contextual or popup menu gets chopped off from bottom on Chrome Browser making it difficult to access and perform required tasks. This bug should be fixed. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Devs have his post on the forum and they can create internal notes to deal with this problems. He did good job in reporting this bugs of which i can confirm one of them - file manager right click popup window will get cut off if too close to the bottom edge (Firefox).
