All ports got blocked after reboot

Hello! I have Debian 8.10 with virtualmin installed. After server reboot I get all ports blocked on my VPS, so I cannot even do anything with the server. After installation I have the same thing (inacessible webpanel and ssh) which I cured with iptables -F. I tried to setup a Linux Firewall in VMin, allowed all ports, checked start on boot, but it didnt help. Please, help me(

You might want to contact your provider to have them reset or remove the firewall for you.
