We're releasing a new Usermin version that should fix this.
Changed theme. Get this error after clicking logout:
HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed Server: MiniServ/1.730 Date: Mon, 18 Dec 2017 12:51:29 GMT Content-type: text/html; Charset=iso-8859-1 Connection: close Error - Perl execution failed Undefined subroutine &main::embed_noscript called at /usr/libexec/usermin/authentic-theme/authentic-lib.pm line 1692.
And a lot/all of menu items are missing on the left pane ( email ) except system info
here is a screen shot
This logout error did not occur on another Virtualmin based server that I tested.
So it happened only in a1z.us ,a VM on Dreamhost.

If so, what is the output of this command:
ps auxw | grep miniserv
