Same thing happens on a mobile phone - Samsung Note5 with 4g

Howdy -- it sounds like there could be a theme problem. You may want to try temporarily changing the theme to the Virtualmin Framed Theme in Usermin until that issue is resolved.

Also, just to verify that it isn't an error that's causing the blank pages, are you seeing any errors in /var/usermin/miniserv.error?

OK switched theme back to Framed Theme: email works.

No such file as /var/usermin/miniserv.error or /var/usermin

When did this stop working? We haven't released a usermin update recently, so it's still on an older theme version.

You mean the miniserv.errr? Don't know!

Didn't even realize it had stopped!.

We're releasing a new Usermin version that should fix this.

This logout error did not occur on another Virtualmin based server that I tested.

So it happened only in a1z.us ,a VM on Dreamhost.

Just to verify, are you using the new Usermin version that Jamie was referring to on that server?

If so, what is the output of this command:

ps auxw | grep miniserv

Okay, I was wondering if maybe there was an older process running alongside this newer one, but it doesn't appear that way.

We may need Jamie or Ilia's input on what it is you're seeing there.

The next Usermin 1.731 release should fix this issue.
