Cannot access ftp / Fresh install virtualmin

Hello,

Firstly Iam new with virtualmin, usually I was using Plesk so I was wanted to try Virtualmin and so Im here....

I have installed a fresh install of Virtualmin on Centos 7.4, finished all the install process without any issue.

I created a virtual server and added ftp user & account but now my issue is that I am not able to access to the ftp account for upload the files of my website.

Im using Filezilla and Im getting the error msg cannot establish connection which mean the server refuse the connection and dont even reach the step of checking login/password.

If someone can help me it would be great. Thank you.
