All running simultaneously. This is not normal and gives about 98% CPU usage constantly. The processes die sometimes, but they just come back. We only host +/- 50 websites, and +/- 30GIG of traffic...

Manual execution of that cron gives: Failed to run /usr/libexec/webmin/bandwidth/rotate.pl : No such file or directory at /etc/webmin/bandwidth/rotate.pl line 10.
