Hi I love Virtualmin!
I have a need to send outgoing email via smarthost (SMTP w/ TLS Auth).
I'd prefer it be for one user/domain, but also happy if the only way to do it easily is have a whole Virtualmin server for this one client I have.
I spend many hours googling about it, but couldn't figure how to put the user/pass in. Virtualmin just lets me specify the host.
Thanks James

This is probably what I need:-
https://www.dnsexit.com/support/mailrelay/postfix.html
But I'm stuck on "translating" the above commands into "Virtualmin way of doing it"
Hoping you can guide me through the Virtualmin re: that URL
Many thanks in advance, James

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
You should actually be able to do exactly that; I don't see anything in those steps that would cause any kind of problems or conflict.
You'd probably need to do all that from the command line, but if you're comfortable with that, it should work great.
Note that the SASL support they mention at the end there should already be compiled into Postfix.
