How to add custom action buttons to already installed Virtualmin Install Script page?

Successfully installed Virtualmin Install Script pages contains buttons "Un-Install Script" and "Upgrade to Un-supported Version". How can I extend page with adding custom command action buttons and custom fields for user input?
