gitweb.cgi Error - Can't browse Git Repository

I just enabled everything for git under a domain of mine on Virtualmin GPL - Everything seemed to go well, got the option and was able to create the repo...however, when I click the "Browse Repository" button, I get the following:

Software error:

Undefined subroutine CGI::startform
 at gitweb.cgi line 409.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

I am running debian jessie.

Any help gratefully received.
