phpMyAdmin native functionality required; also, OUTSIDE of public_html root

EXTREMELY dangerous to automatically place phpMyAdmin INSIDE the publicly visible public_html web root

It is also not acceptable to have to MANUALLY add my ip address into phpMyAdmin for every single domain and modify the entire config file.

Virtualmin needs NATIVE phpMyAdmin capabilities. It should not allow any user except logged in user to access it, no matter what their IP. It should NOT be accessible from ANY ip address outside of a logged-in interface.

It should work like cpanel.
