Windows can't see the shared fodler

I follow the instruction to share some folders using webmin. I added the same of windows group, assigned permission, check Yes in browser. Windows can ping the Linux server but can't see the shared folders. What could be the problem?

I know this post was posted a couple of months ago but I had an issue with this and I had to open the firewall (on the server) for the connection to succeed. Don't know why as I've never had to do that before. Perhaps the script has changed?
