Virtualmin on Debian: rules for block portscan with fail2ban

Hello, i surfed over the web to find something like the Subject but i only find one article ( http://www.irrexpr.com/2013/06/using-iptables-logging-and-fail2ban-to.html ) . So, i ask here if someone of you create a rule/jail for stop ip that do portscan.

Best regards
