phpmyadmin - ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Create Virtual Server Install Scripts phpmyadmin http://site.com/phpmyadmin/ - ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE I think it's about access

If I login under the created user of the site - Install Scripts no in the panel

I am getting the same issue when trying to import a mysql database via phpmyadmin

Not sure what I did, but I resolved it, it was likely due to the max_size limits in php.ini. I didn;t realise I had to set them per domain/website and was only adjusting the main php.ini
