Virtualmin nginx-ssl module version 1.5 released

Howdy all,

I've rolled out the virtualmin-nginx-ssl module for all repos.

This is a minor bugfix release, and also adds Perl strict/warnings compliance.

As always, let us know about any bugs you might find.
