Hi
I tried to do the install with install.sh on a CentOS 6.9 final running inside of virtualbox.
From the errors I gathered here is what was displayed:
http://SERIALNUMBER:LICENSEKEY@software.virtualmin.com/gpl/rhel/6/x86_64... [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found" Trying other mirror. To address this issue please refer to the below knowledge base article

Hi, I think its mentioned here: https://virtualmin.com/node/51861
Configuring/troubleshooting Debian servers is always great fun
thanks for sharing that link. Yes it looks like the script is not working because it cannot find some packages. I'm not sure how I can report that to them but I hope this will be resolved soon...
Ah, I see the problem with that. Working on it. Should be fixed in a few minutes.
But, also I strongly recommend you use the latest version of your preferred distro. CentOS/RHEL 6 is quite old at this point. It's still got a couple of years before EOL, but it's got really old versions of PHP, Apache, etc. and CentOS7 gets a lot more testing.

yes I should. I've migrated to miriaDB for development, just didn't do anything on the production machine. Its running so well with virtualmin on 6.8 final. On virtualmin install I did upgrade the mysql and php to 5.5+ which is all the stuff I need and mail and virtualmin is running good. So if it ain't broke I usually don't fix it ;)
I just ran the same install.sh I've pulled earlier. It seems to working great. Thanks for the reply guys. I really appreciate it.
Guy
CentOS 6 is EOL next month apart from maintenance.
Go C7 great till 2024 or whatever.
Chaos Reigns Within, Reflect, Repent and Reboot, Order Shall Return.
Actually it's CentOS 5 that had a recent EOL (last month). CentOS 6 has a couple more years, until sometime in 2020. But, still it's some old creaky software up in that distro. We're all happier with newer stuff.
But, the problem with the CentOS 6 repos should be fixed now, for folks who absolutely need a CentOS 6 installation.
