Linux Firewall IP fields should be text area with wordwrap.

When entering multiple IPs into firewall rules, the display of the rules becomes difficult to use and the actual textbox is hard to read. The box should be replaced with a textarea (or other resolution for entering multiple IPs, and the rules display page should wordwrap (breaking at commas)

Also the NOTES section should be displayed with the rules summary page.
