Full and incremental backup

Hello, i have some problems with incremental backup: this is my configuration:

Full backup: http://images.devs-on.net/Image/tUc3zV5cgiRpcyfh-Area.png 1 and 15 of each month at 4am.

Incremental backup: http://images.devs-on.net/Image/LzPlPE4m2T7VPekY-Area.png each two days at 4am.

This is what happen
1) Full backup OK
2) Next incremental backup OK
3) Next incremental backup size is as a full backup NOT OK

why?
