Yet another round of virtualmin-base package updates

I've just uploaded another round of virtualmin-base updates for all platforms which fixes a few small bugs and finally gets SASL authentication fully configured on all platforms automatically on installation (I hope, let me know in the bug-tracker if it fails for you).
