Is it good way to just tar.gz all public and extract mysql from command line? Or is there some backuping option to have all immidiattly downloading to computer?
You can do both. If you only need the website then you could dump the DB and copy /home/virtualserver/public_html/. Other solution is to use backup / restore function from Virtualmin.
