User home dir quotas

Hi,

How can i stop a domain owner editing a users home quota, i would like to set this to 1GB and manually increase it...

BUT i would like to allow the domain owner to add /edit users other settings

I think you can setup this in virtualmin, select domain you want to modify and then administration options and there click on owner limits.
