Unable to generate lets encrypt ssl certificate for virtualmin virtual server

Hi All, I have tried, but cannot figure out what I have done wrong. I have a new Virtualmin install, with external DNS provider and have disabled BIND. Everything seems to work fine without any DNS issues. I can browse to www.anewwebsite.com.au without problems, and some checks via mxtoolbox seems to indicate that everything is OK.

However.. I cannot get Lets Encrypt to create a certificate for a virtual server. I get the following error, and was hoping someone might have a clue ?
