Change Bootup and Shutdown status don't work

We trying to change Bootup on startup several services with Webmin + Virtualmin Pro for any ways:

1.- Webmin https://xxx.hostinglmi.net:10000/init/index.cgi, with check service and push button labeled "Start on Boot"
2.- https://xxxx.hostinglmi.net:10000/init/edit_action.cgi?0+dovecot

3.- On shell chkconfig --add --level 345 dovecot

Any way work.
