Strange PHP issue (suspect it was since an update to php 5.6.28)

The status of your system is being checked to ensure that all enabled features are available, that the mail server is properly configured, and that quotas are active .. Your system has 5.84 GB of memory, which is at or above the Virtualmin recommended minimum of 256 MB. BIND DNS server is installed, and the system is configured to use it.

Mail server Postfix is installed and configured.

Postfix can support per-domain outgoing IP addresses, but is not currently configured to do so. This can be setup in the Postfix Mailserver module.

Apache is installed.

The following PHP versions are available : 5.6.29 (/usr/bin/php5-cgi)

PHP versions have changed to 5 since last check. Regenerating any missing php.ini files.

Failed to copy /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini to /home/xxx/domains/xxx/etc/php5/php.ini : cp: cannot create regular file ‘/home/xxx/domains/xxx/etc/php5/php.ini’: No such file or directory

Howdy -- that's a bug in the current Virtualmin version. We'll be releasing a new version soon to handle that.

It's safe to ignore, though you can also make the error go away by creating the directory that it's looking for.

Each time I resolve one folder (or try to) then the error moves on to the next domain. Do I need to do this manually for each domain? Isn't there a script available that I can run?

The issue is due to a bug, so there is no script to fix it.

My suggestion would be to just hold off until the next Virtualmin version is released, as it'll be resolved at that point.
