Usermin - Screen refreshes every 30 seconds or less.

We are interrupted with screen refreshes every 30 seconds or less. This has gone on for some time, since before the last updates certainly.

What is the fix for this please? Searches don't turn up anything.

and while we are on Usermin it would be a big time saver to be able to highlight email for deletion!!! Use Ctrl and Shift keys and mouse or up and down arrows.

As it is now we have to laboriously check each box.
