When I "install Postgrey now," in the "email Greylisting" section of Virtualmin under "email messages," it appears everything installs OK. However, I'm not able to start Postgrey after install. I get the below during install and then a message: "Greylisting is not available on this system : The Postgrey user postgrey does not exist However, Virtualmin can attempt to automatically install the Postgrey greylisting package for you."
I have checked "Bootup and Shutdown" in Webmin and Postgrey is set to start at boot. It shows a running status of "unknown." I'm not sure where to look next. Any help is appreciated.

Howdy,
What distribution/version is it that you're using there?
-Eric
Eric, Operating system CentOS Linux 6.8 Webmin version 1.831 Virtualmin version 5.05
Can anyone offer some suggestions?
Sadly, the lack of activity on the forums is one of the reasons I'm considering other options. Threads like this get little to no views and it looks like the support community just isn't there anymore.
I see EPEL in some of the posts above, not sure if 3rd-party REPOS might be the problem (the other link https://www.virtualmin.com/node/38613 which you already found, said something about wrong version of PERL caused their postgrey to not work)
