Sent email message does not contain a DKIM Signature issue using Centos 7.2

I am trying to configure Opendkim using centos 7.2, Virtualmin 5.05, Postfix but with no luck. The issue is “This message does not contain a DKIM Signature” After some investigation I found following issues that may help.

Dec  9 21:45:21 srvr01 systemd: Failed at step USER spawning /usr/sbin/opendkim: No such process
Dec  9 21:45:21 srvr01 systemd: opendkim.service: control process exited, code=exited status=217
Dec  9 21:45:21 srvr01 systemd: Failed to start DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) Milter.
Dec  9 21:45:21 srvr01 systemd: Unit opendkim.service entered failed state.
Dec  9 21:45:21 srvr01 systemd: opendkim.service failed.

/var/log/messages

Dec 12 12:42:08 srvr01 postfix/smtpd[21724]: warning: connect to Milter service inet:localhost:8891: Connection refused

/var/log/maillog

Please help me to figure out whats wrong with it.

At least let me know, why I am getting error "systemd: Failed at step USER spawning /usr/sbin/opendkim: No such process"
