auto restart of the servers after update?

Hello,

Is there a regular server restart in the new VM2?
I see this in the cron logfile:

Apr 28 00:42:43 da-svr002 crond[3591]: (CRON) STARTUP (V5.0)

Everything is restarted at this time.
