Upgrade PHP and Get An Error

OK, I know I probably did wrong!

I upgraded Centos 6.7 to 6.8.

Deleted Php 5.4.45 and installed 5.5.21

No cannot start Apache due to error:

Failed to start service :

Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 1230 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Invalid command 'php_value', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration [FAILED]

In searching, php.ini was missing, so a copied a version from another folder.

HELP!!!!
