SpamAssassin module gives spurious error when used with Virtualmin Pro

On a server set up by Virtualmin Pro, the Webmin SpamAssassin Mail Filter module reports, "SpamAssassin does not appear to be set up in the system's Procmail configuration file /etc/procmailrc, so any configuration done using this module will have no effect unless users have it set up individually."

This is not strictly true, since the Virtualmin-provided /etc/procmailrc has logic in it that filters based on domain configurations. The error could be confusing to users who are unaware of how Virtualmin manages spam scanning. They may be tempted to change/overwrite the Virtualmin procmailrc, thus breaking Virtualmin.
