Cannot get Manage SSL to appear

Hi, I am trying to apply an SSL certificate to a virtual server. I have already purchased and added additional IP addresses to the server and assigned one to the server in question as a dedicated IP. I have now gone into the server settings and enabled SSL. What isn't happening is the Manage SSL is not appearing under the server configuration for me to set the SSL certificates up. I don't understand why this is happening and I urgently need to do this. Please help!
